      Semi-competetive pay, so-so benefits and facilities

      Cons

      Whatever vestiges of the old Websense culture have been laid off, "re-orged" or quit on their own. New CEO has built a culture of mistrust.

      There simply are no pros.

      Cons

      HR is a joke! They are 100% effective in protecting the company an 0% effective in protecting employees. Anyone who tries to file a harassment claim or support an employee in filing one is going to have it haunt them. They simply don't care about employees. They manage by intimidation and actually support this as part of their culture. Senior management were the biggest liars I have ever experienced. Miserable environment and terrible technology. Joining with Websense, which already had terrible products was a death wish. The federal sales team is the only reason they even exist today and with this pending acquisition, look out.
