- From someone who has been with the Websense Technical Support for several years I can tell you that we have a great support organization here and we are growing in down economy. - Websense support is putting allot of efforts and resources in recruiting right skill set to support their customers. - New Hire on-boarding and training is well planned and executed. - There are good coordination among other organizations to put employee in a situation where they can successful. - Websense is winner of prestigious support award for Leadership with TRITON product. - Websense is also positioned as a leader in magic quadrant for content aware data loss prevention.

Cons

- Fast and hectic work day. You need to plan your day and follow proper processes and procedure. - Need more support technician with proxy experience
