Going on my third year with FileCloud and couldn't be happier! Being a fully remote company can come come with common concerns as in collaboration limitations, lack of communication, isolated group(s) with little to no interaction. Well, I can comfortably say that I am very grateful with the transparency, collaboration, team activities (yes, they exist remotely :)), supportive management, and work/life balance offered here. Very proud and privileged to be working side by side with some of the brightest minds that I learn from on a daily basis. I look forward to many more years to help grow this company and be proud of the products and services we currently and will continue to offer.
Cons
Understanding logistics and budgets definitely come to play, it'd be nice to have more group/teams or regional meet ups to meet up with my awesome colleagues in person :)
