      Only pro is Wfh here

      Cons

      1.Worst company to have ever worked at. 2.Full of politics and family drama. More of a family/friends company than a software company. 3. Senior management will keep giving promotions only to their family and friends in the company. There is no place for outsiders to grow in the company. 4. Management will be ready to lose the hardworking outsiders in the company, but will keep the family intact though people are facing issues with them.

      The best place I've ever worked

      Pros

      This is one of the only companies I've worked for where I feel that both I and my work is valued. The remote set up and flexible hours mean I have a solid work-life balance and I never dread going to work like I did at so many other companies.

      Cons

      The healthcare benefits aren't great, surprising given how solid all the other benefits are.

      - Fully remote job - Managers are always available to hear and accept opinions - Great environment - Good opportunities to grow - Good performance is recognized - Constant feedback - The team is formed by talented people

      Cons

      - Full remote jobs have their problems, like the lack of personal contact with the workmates, but it's not company fault, it's just a remote-work characteristic.
