Pros
You get high responsibility very early on, which is good for learning (more on the business side than the engineering side).
Cons
You get paid way below your level of responsibility. Great technical debt. Projects are accepted sometimes even if the engineering team doesn’t have the bandwidth, resulting in extra hours. These are not paid, they are returned in the form of vacations.
