Individualistic - you work alone in your project and everyone cares only about their own scope, it doesn't feel like you're working for the same purpose.
Bureaucratic - every needle that you have to move needs approval from several people and they take a really long time to define, which very often means that your project does not move forward (I've had major projects get cancelled due to slow advancement and lack of prioritization of the global team)
Distrusting - I've seen so many people from different areas having to constantly prove their points to the global team with more evidence than you can gather. Even with the evidences required, part of the global team still does not believe in the arguments and never get to a consensus delaying everything further. It's very frustrating.
Lack of experience - Fever hires everyone that never worked with events before. I totally agree that people can learn as I myself did not have that experience before coming in, but you need at least one person in the team with some experience to show you the ropes. Here you gotta learn for yourself and by yourself.
Career advancement - No HR contact for support, no clear career advancement opportunities.
Diversity and Inclusion - No real effort to hire different ethnicities, I'm yet to find a black person in the company which is very upsetting to see. However, there are women in leadership roles and I have colleagues from the LGBTQIA+ community (no leaders that I'm aware).
Salary - Important to note that the entertainment field pays very badly, you can gain a much better salary working in any other field with less long hours and stress as this industry requires. This is the type of industry that sounds cooler than it really is.
