      - Social life - Wide variety of different projects, it's a good place to earn experience but not to stay for long

      Cons

      - There's no planning for the future, only surviving day to day - Some of the top positions of the company are occupied by severely unqualified people with huge and undeserved egos - Top management is rude and mean to employees - It makes you look weird if you don't stay late
