      Base pay, Support and limited advancement. There has been super high turnover last 4 years from management to operations. For the amount of work that’s put into the day we should be compensated more in line with national average. Good place to start out or end career.

      Pros

      Amazing service from dispatch and FedEx support. White glove, high value, high security loads that are treated as such and not pushed to be faster or cheaper. Custom Critical is an amazing division of FedEx, far too often confused with other divisions.

      Cons

      Work can be sporadic; one week you may not be able to keep up with the workload, the week after you may have three days off.
