1yThank you sharing for your feedback - we're happy to hear you enjoyed the progression opportunities at Frontiers. Your thoughts about communication are noted but we use a lot of different communication channels, from weekly MS Teams posts to monthly leadership updates, an internal newsletter, monthly OKR reviews, quarterly department reviews, open doors sessions with senior leaders, and our quarterly company-wide meeting. Individual managers also cascade information through weekly team meetings, monthly department meetings, and 1:1s.
