Collaborative spirit isn’t shared by anyone who is in upper management. This made it very difficult to get some important things done. A large incidence of confusion - company claims to want to achieve certain goals, then runs rapidly in the opposite direction. Panicked decision-making - company makes a lot of hasty, poorly considered decisions at critical times and this affects entire operations. Poor communication. This is self explanatory and I do not wish to recall the communication style of this company as it often caused severe frustration for me and others. Career growth - not necessarily available even if you are proactive about it; just keep applying to other jobs. If you are an academic reading this because you want to do research on the company before submitting a draft to them, then I applaud your thoroughness. If you choose to go ahead, well, good luck.
