Pros
Great mission, and the employees at this company care a lot, are very smart and very hardworking. Generally speaking it's quite a positive work environment for those who don't have to engage with senior leadership/ C Suite.
Cons
Poor leadership at the C Suite and Director level, total mismanagement leading to mass layoffs. Chaotic organizational structures, poor planning, aggressive tactics to procure article submissions and lack of strategic alignment across the company.
