Falling apart - Anonymous employee Frontiers Employee Review

Poor leadership blew things up. Too reactive, with barely any cohesive planning. I've been working in a huge project and in the last year we had constant strategy changes, making it impossible to focus. And still we managed to improve the systems we were in charge. The gift we got? Arbitrary redundancies in our team. Really, it's like if they used dice rolls to choose these redundancies. And all due to very poor choices by upper management.
