Pros
Remote work is great for flexibility. People are overall fantastic to work with.
Cons
Bad strategy decisions on the part of upper management (exponential growth targets) led to Frontiers pumping absolute rubbish into the scientific record at the expense of its reputation. Employees are now being punished for this incompetence, and promotions are being denied to qualified individuals. There is almost no upward progression anymore. Wages are stagnant. There is too much work.
