- As far as I know, in data teams the atmosphere is really good - They do their best to be a data driven company - Best practices are a must in the company - Top technologies, always open to evaluate newest ones - Remote working - It's not a charity organization, nevertheless the mission of the company has a direct impact in society for good
Cons
- Maybe it is not a company for people that does not like changes. You know what are your goals now, but maybe in a close future they are changed. - Fluent communication in English is a must
