Great company to work for in terms of a positive, encouraging environment and great colleagues who you can get along with. Monthly rewards are a great token of appreciation for teams who perform well.
Cons
Work itself is quite repetitive and not that intellectually stimulating but good place to start if you're a fresh graduate. Hard to progress, especially in current wfh environment
