Thanks for your review. It's unfortunate to know that this is how you feel about some managers. This is not the kind of working environment that we want for our employees. We are fully committed to creating a fair and equitable work environment for our people. Our workforce of over 7,600 employees globally has an average length of service of 9.2 years. We want to keep things this way because our people are our strength. We are always training our people managers and we will continue to do this. However, if you feel you can help by providing any further feedback, you can send it anonymously through elseviergdrev@elsevier.com

Thank you for your review. At Elsevier, any adaptation is usually swift especially if it has no major consequences or doesn’t require a lot of thoughts. However, adaptations that may affect the lives of others or change the course of things are usually given careful consideration. They require decisions that are unique and important. So, conscious thinking, information gathering, and careful consideration of alternatives are considered. In some cases, we agree that this may feel like a slow process of adaptation to some of our employees. Hence, we are looking at and addressing how best to speed up the adaptation process within our organization.
