Pros

very nice people to work with, except those in senior management Good at moving seats around, managed to sit with different people every 3 months.

Cons

no communication from senior management , people are asked to do things without knowing why. back office are treated badly, all focus are on sales. badly paid All efforts are on paying and keeping recruiting people in senior management . No intension to develop and invest people at the back office who are actually working very hard.

Pros

The group of lads who work there are a great laugh to be around, they do their best to keep you motivated and up beat.

Cons

- working hours, expect 12 hour days, no commission for the first 6-9 months and the risk of losing your job at any minute. - some serious emotional insecurities amongst the heads of desks. They all went to public school and have formed this clique and think they're some of finances power houses. What they need to realise is they're just glorified telesales individuals who earn more money than their skills deserve. MONEY DOESN'T MEAN POWER so tone it down! If they give you an offer, RUN!
