      - Long working hours. - Below average pay. - No benefits. Awful pension scheme. - Little to no career progression. - Employees are treated poorly. - Disgraceful company culture.

      Majority of people are great

      Cons

      Allows racism and sexism on a daily basis. Some managers would refer to women as b****, say that Asians eat rats, and use the R-word constantly. I was made fun of because of my race on a daily basis, and heard managers use mocking racist accents all the time.
