      Pros

      Company grows really fast, which gives you much opportunity to "climb the ladder" quickly.

      Cons

      Sometimes chaotic because the company grows quickly and cannot keep up with the pace.

      - Get things done! - High energy, ambitious people - Excellent opportunity for career progression - Young; average age is 27 - Fast paced environment - Great social events including Summer/Christmas parties and monthly drinks - Transparant management

      Amount of holidays (no possibility to buy extra days), no pension

      Cannot think of a single pro. Office location..?

      Cons

      No value system and very very poor culture. Non-inclusive, competitive (even between managers and their subordinates). Would not trust anyone there.
