Company grows really fast, which gives you much opportunity to "climb the ladder" quickly.

Cons

Sometimes chaotic because the company grows quickly and cannot keep up with the pace.

Pros

Majority of people are great

Cons

Allows racism and sexism on a daily basis. Some managers would refer to women as b****, say that Asians eat rats, and use the R-word constantly. I was made fun of because of my race on a daily basis, and heard managers use mocking racist accents all the time.
