      No one at all apart of free coffee at the mornings

      Cons

      Be careful before you think to work for this company. At the beggining you will think everything is going well but then you will realize how pretencious can be all you see. Very umprofessional people. No reasons for anything they do and very weird decition taken. They wont be considering you as part of their team because its all about being fake and do without asking or chatting with their subordinates. If you ever think to work in there just be ready with an extra alternative in case they fire you even without tell you why. Salary very basic and annoying and repetitive trainings completely worthless. Most of people have no expirience working abroad so if you ever decide to work for the Malaga office just be ready to see all bad things you can imagine.

      I’ve been working in the HQ in the London offices for more than a year, the environment is great and everyone is super smart and friendly. It’s a good place where you want to kick start your career and challenge yourself. Even thought Ebury has 600+ employees, the senior management is approachable and values you no matter your age. Softwares and IT programs are the latest ones, good to work with cutting edge technology.

      - Constant high pressure to be considered before applying - Little benefits as pension scheme/ food at work/ working from remote
