Is a very good company for work & live, the flexitime is a very good point

They want the typicall "visibilty", you need to go to meetings outside working hours

Friendly environment Flexible working hours Accessible interview Very stable work environment

Cons

Since you will be working on a client's site, most likely, you might have to commit for some travel time everyday, depending where you are living. Salary raises may only happen once a year and it is usually complicated Working inside other clients usually leaves you out of the decision making part of the software, and you may feel like a code monkey sometimes.
