      Great company for people who want to relocate to Spain

      - international culture - startup mindset - time flexibility - great people - many social events

      Cons

      - low salaries, based on people's negotiation skills rather than their professional skills - real negotiation happens only when you move or threaten to move to another company - low predictability for future decision that affect the employees which correlates with low transparency Advice for future employees: the IT industry (and consulting industry) is seeing these days a boom and consulting companies already have high profit margins in Spain, so be very tough and don't be afraid when negotiating your salary because they can afford it and nowadays the human resource is very scarce.

      Friendly environment with charming people with unique consulting perspective focused on people development

      Cons

      *Applies only for Barcelona* Big clients are llocated outside Barcelona, so you expend like 2 hours per day traveling. Having your own car is recommended
