Pros

Nice offices, good location, flexible schedule, lots of parties ( if this is what you look for in a job )..

Cons

Backstabbing, gossiping, constant complaints, non serious HR and Admin department.. I felt like in primary school as soon as I arrived. Constant gossiping about other co-workers both superior and same level... Not trusting you. The company only wants to do lots of events, pictures of you, fake stuff forcing you to participate. You need to be an " ernian" otherwise you are fired/ forced to leave with negative critics. Very high staff turnover, the worst I've ever experienced. Managers sharing private stuff of their subordinates in order to make you feel bad... Groups for eating ( not an open minded company although it's plenty of expats) Horrible work environment. Please avoid

Pros

- Continuous improvement - Internal promotions - Good colleagues (friendly and respectful environment) - Respectful - Some innovation and interesting projects (just some) - Approachable management - Internal formation: meetups, development day...

Cons

- There are some very talented people, but it's not the norm - Agile "by-the-book" - Inexperienced management (approachable, tho) - Most of the projects are not very exciting - Pushes more for quantity of people than quality (which reflects in the projects) - Human Resources are hard to deal with
