What used to be a great company with amazing culture has been stripped and destroyed by the new leadership. Unfortunate and sad to see what's happened to a once great company.

Pros

Nice office, good snacks and free lunch occasionally. SDR is a hard position no matter what company but the Dynatrace product is a good software and makes it easier to sell especially as a first job out of college.

Cons

Inclusivity for females was a con.
