-Work from home -Good executive leadership -Cool product -Company is growing

Cons

-Low salaries compared to industry (I have seen conflicting information here on glassdoor regarding the pay at dynatrace insights but I can CONFIRM that the salary is significantly lower than industry. Just do some googling on dynatrace insights salaries and Dynatrace competitor salaries and you will find what I am talking about) -There is no bonus structure on this team for ANY position and after leaving this company for a similar position at a competitor I was given a much higher salary and now also a quarterly bonus -Difficult to learn the insights jobs as the dynatrace tools are very technical and complex -Multiple dynatrace certifications required to get and maintain your job

However, we are disappointed that you aren’t completely satisfied. With the recent company changes that have been implemented, marketing will be updating their strategy for more consistency. In the past year, Dynatrace has implemented a quarterly compensation planning process in effort to reward outstanding performance. - poor training for both products and related technologies - indecisive leadership always chasing the buzzword of the day - poor marketing message relying too heavily on Gartner - poorly planned feature additions and overlapping product messages - almost zero career growth opportunities
