Hierarchical structure when it comes to management, no room to provide feedback to your manager. Once a year? Really? I can't provide feedback to the people around me more than once a year?? And I have to do it through a form and not get any response? If you get a bad manager, your day-to-day sucks.

Good Salary, stock, people at lower level lovely, leadership in the region smart

Cons

Senior Leadership in USA chaotic, slow growth, unrealistic targets Marketing no path for promotion, very flat structure, not adequate budgets to support sales needs, toxic marketing leadership new CMO replaced all marketing leadership become toxic, regular redundancies in marketing unsettling
