Most people are decent and nice to work with, the company allows a good degree of flexibility. The benefits are ok, although given the size of the business the dental insurance falls a bit short

Cons

The teams are very disconnected and work in silos. The USA teams seem a lot more cohesive, but this is also where the leadership is bases. As most American companies they do not seem to understand the operational differences in other countries
