Can be very high pay. Pantry is good.

Cons

Very political at management level. New hire are usually offered above market rate dude to attrition in development department to ensure they are in for fire fighting. Certain group is more favoured. Quill language!!! Is useless language at everywhere else.

Chance to learn CAD/CAM/CAE if you are interested in. Got some training in this domain.

Cons

If you work there more than 4 years, you don't have chance to find job in other IT domain, for few skill you learned can be transferred.
