      Pros

      Friendly and helpful colleagues (provided they don't leave). Good company to work off your last few years before retirement, work life balance.

      Cons

      After being acquired by Dassault Systemes, so-called "corporate simplification" process actually incurred losses to Quintiq due to inefficient "new" processes that every employee has to go through. DS seems resistant to changes, and Quintiq being a leader in optimization, is not used to inefficient overhead. Management didn't have much power in the first place. After DS took over, it got worse. Way worse.

      Pros

      Dassault Systems is a great visionary company with leading innovative technology. Its very safe place to work and develop a career within the organization

      Cons

      It's a company with French business culture, which is less structured and organized, very much internally competitive and not transparent at all. Internal team collaboration doesn't exist. Company strategy driven by development organization and not by the sales and business development teams.
