      - Work life balance. Rarely OT, can off-set hours if do. - Great environment, supportive team and minimal office politics. - Sufficient room for side-projects to explore other technical or non-technical work. - Excellent fresh grad pay

      Cons

      - Rotational shift work. 4 week of day shift and 2 weeks of night shift. - Increments & bonus not as high as other MNCs.
