      Pros

      Flexi working hr Friendly colleague, not much politic at mid and low level/management Puzzle maybe complex, but framework is matured enough for rapid development

      Cons

      Lots of benefit had been replaced (T4T > VPP) Propiertary software Not attractive salary & benefits package (almost similar to other company package, but yet we are using closed source software, which hinder people from joining) Management is trying to grow and do something about the high turnover rate, but seems like they didnt have any significant role or stanf point when dealing with 3DS.

      Pros

      Nice office, good colleges. Location is good and salarys and benefits too. 3 R&R rooms. Free snacks and drinks like Milo and coffee.

      Cons

      Many colleges leaving. Work boring. No training, only boring e-learning. Courses not useful for other companies. Oversea colleges rude. Managers don't care about problems, only results. In Malaysia managers r very harsh. Overseas bosses are good but don't care about Malaysia.

      Pros

      Great acquisition strategy, lots of cash, smart people

      Cons

      Managers in North American have little to no authority, narcissistic culture, unhappy workforce due to win/lose negotiation style of French company with employees, customers and partners. Incentive compensation model is erratic, inconsistent and favors the corporation at the expense of employees. Not a win/win culture.
