Pros

Good salary scales, developing organization so current trends, good swag and gifts. Alot of money to waste.

Cons

Indecisive management, silos working of businesses, bad onboarding and company culture is not inclusive very US driven. No process or structures in place alot of trial error. No proper development plans or career paths.
