Skilled and supportive colleagues who are all experts in their fields, professional yet relaxed working environment, great corporate culture, flexible working arrangement that prioritizes work-life balance. It's difficult to find a company that genuinely cares about their employees like this, especially in Singapore!

Holidays/insurance scheme are significantly above the country's average. I was lucky enough to have a line manager that was actually interested in my professional development. But this was the exception, rather than the norm. Great company to get an understanding of the impact of security/political/regulatory risks on different sectors and industries.
Cons
Although the salary was OK for Mexican standards, It could have been significantly higher. A lot of great employees seek opportunities elsewhere as the company doesn't make enough effort to retain valuable employees.
