Pay isn't anything to aspire to really, quite chaotic routines, very little training beyond endless point and click slideshows

Poor pay compared to market rates, minimal salary increases when they were handed out. No training or development opportunities/budget. Saw a few instances of nepotism at junior levels. HR was not able to keep matters confidential when involved in grievances which created huge issues at team level. Senior leadership is not diverse and internal career progression is extremely slow and unprofitable, especially if you start at band F.

Low pay, ridiculous inflationary increases, and low prospects for career progression

Mediocre pay in comparison to workload and not great salary increases, directors hugely out of touch with their staff

Good luck trying to get a raise, benefits, or career advancement opportunities.

the company should think of incentivizing people in the mid-level think of promoting loyal and able employees first rather than recruiting outside the company should think of training ang development for employees at every level
