Pros

Growing business but I don’t think it will benefit you if you don’t come from a certain ethnic origin etc.

Cons

Not an inclusive culture. Diversity and inclusion is just a slogan, if you don’t match what they favour in terms of demographics, you are not part of the team. You will be invited to different team building events but no one will hang out with you. You would be intentionally excluded from discussions that are key to your growth and performance. Growth/development opportunities are not based on merits. So it you are from a minority group/ belong to certain faith group, please do not consider this company as people will label you differently.

Pros

Good location to travel to for work with lots of choices to have lunch. Impressive views of London river views The main building staff are welcoming and friendly Free teas & fruit daily in the office Bar area drinks on Thursday Lots of meeting rooms Standard Benefits (no travel allowance)

Cons

The office environment is old fashioned and needs a full refurb. Team members seem afraid to speak up on issues in meetings. Managers have old fashion 'micro-managing' attitudes toward project coordinators - Dictating where they sit and constantly checking up on what they are working on. 'Dignity at Work' is not practiced by management and is a great concern. Company inductions took a back seat and forced to focus on job roles, rather than learning more about the company. The role was advertised as project management coordinator, when in fact it's rather an admin role. (setting up projects on the system and invoicing only). High staff turnover. There are some project coordinators who sneak report back to management if you made an error or simply need help (be careful) HR doesn't practice 'GDPR', especially when sending emails containing personal information. WFH has monitored conditions, so not flexible as portrayed. Consultants make a lot of repetitive errors, but you are expected not to make any mistakes when you are new. Poor desk set-up, old pc monitors, and bad seating Training is bad and not consistent among coordinators and no training material to refer back to. Lack of diversity from senior levels upwards, and hard in career progression Limited Company Benefits compared to others.

Pros

401k, Roth IRA, Health insurance

Cons

Work environment is white, male-dominated or ex-military, resulting in an overall lack of opportunity for growth outside of the demographic. Work-life balance is nonexistent and do not expect management to have people skills

Pros

Lots of opportunities to learn and engage in interesting projects. Great reputation. This is a great place to work for a couple of years (if you can endure it!) with the objective of finding a good position in a much bigger corporation later.

Cons

Diversity and Inclusion plans are a joke; felt like a token employee most of the time as senior leadership would only ever take into account "diverse" members of the team in cases where a progressive front was needed for a project. Did not even received a formal onboarding process; relationship with HR is complicated and most of the time they won't even take your wellbeing into serious consideration. Don't even think about promotions - they are never happening unless you are in an office in Europe/UK/US and look and act a certain way. However, managers will expect you give your 200% all the time - this includes a mediocre pay and working long, long hours without real reward besides the weak promise of a promotion "sometime" in the future.

Awful Managers

Pros

Good place to start a career

Cons

They have the worst managers in the world. Everybody is so pressured to hit their quotas that some are willing to do unethical things to reach them. Partners doing analyst work so they can reach their billable hours. Work is distributed within their own cliques and not thinking about the right person for the job. It is a disservice to their clients! Jerks are usually the ones that are able to grow...especially if you are a white good looking guy! Just go to their website and look at the lack of diversity within their leadership team!

Pros

A leading global risk consultancy which is making the transition from good to great under strong executive leadership which puts people, diversity and inclusion front and centre. Pros include intelligent, diverse and engaged colleagues; interesting work which makes a real positive difference; opportunity to advise top tier clients; good work life balance; flexibility and a strong senior leadership team.

Cons

The London Office needs refurbishing to reflect the shift to modern working practices i.e. offices as collaboration spaces.

Pros

You will work on a variety of interesting and sensitive projects for household name clients. Initial career prospects are good.

Cons

Top of the company is a closed shop of white middle aged men who have been around for decades. Little diversity of thinking, gender, ethnicity and so on.
