      Pros

      The office view is really nice, down town Houston area.

      Cons

      Growth is really slow. Top Management is not concerned about how subordinates are being treated by their superiors. You are not always allowed to speak up and air your view. One is being silenced at the slightest attempt. On boarding process is really poor and nobody cares if you understand the job or not, all they just need is results and even if you push harder for the results, its as if you never did anything.
