Very intelligent and experienced staff. Great opportunities for travel and career advancement within the organisation. Not pushed to the extreme, but given opportunities to excel.

Cons

No real cons. Exposure to fantastic and really interesting work, given opportunity to advance within the organisation. Good senior management team.

Control Risks is a superb place to work and holds all of the key characteristics you would hope to see in a top employer. Decisive leadership, a supportive culture, opportunity for progression, role autonomy and a hugely dedicated, fun workforce. The company is dynamic, forward thinking and unafraid to enter new markets. The services offered are some to be proud of and there is a daily sense of achievement in all of the work that is produced. Communication in the workplace is excellent, with staff made aware of all relevant updates in terms of service offerings and client relevant information.

Cons

Naturally with an SME there is some process still to be tweaked and formalised, however the general operations work extremely well.
