      Pros

      Mostly young workforce Heart of London city Gives you the feeling you are doing something very important

      Cons

      Extremely toxic culture, backstabbing, very high turnover as a result especially in the IT. Incapable, uneducated senior management with an attitude of know it all. Unstable, you can get fired in one day because your manager had a fight with you. Sheep culture. Promotion based on gender, extreme feminists at top levels.

      Pros

      Interesting work, ethical company and great colleagues. Global network, so plenty of opportunities for travel. The type of client projects are getting more complex and interesting.

      Cons

      As the complexity of projects increases, the internal management of the business gets more complex too. This can hamper competitiveness.

      Pros

      Interesting work in some seriously interesting places with some super talented people. Great client list results in really fun projects.

      Cons

      Still a bit too old boys club with one or two fairly average characters holding some big jobs without adding obvious value. Has changed (for the good) in last 5 years so this will hopefully soon be a thing of the past.
