Pros

There is great vacation time offered, half day Fridays, and you are exposed to a lot of creative people and content

Cons

There is a lot of office drama, people are cliquey, and the only way to move up is to be sociable - it has less to do with how professional you are, or dedicated to your work. That is why some of the most unprofessional people become managers here, and do not earn respect from many of their subordinates.
