Pros

Some basic benefits such as Ticket restaurants and Sanitas healthcare, some small discounts at gyms. Free fruit once a month

Cons

End of year review process has changed every year for the last 3 years. The results of the reviews this year (17) were lowered agreed in meeting with line managers but then changed (lowered) for many individuals which brought them down to a level they don't agree with. Many people are expected to do extra tasks that are above their role and this is not reflected in the "tiering" system or the end of year review in a fair way, with the most popular (brown-nosing) people getting better payrises than their colleagues who are working harder than they are. Many team leaders are absolutely inept at their job. Some of those have even went on to higher positions (to then be even more useless at that level). Severe lack of people skills or empathy all round. One colleague challenged about a funeral he had to attend and almost denied the time off. Very cliquey - impossible to get a promotion unless you know someone in a higher position to give you preference.

Pros

Large company movement and growth possible if desired, and prepared to do tedious tiering assessments.

Cons

Salary leaves a lot to be desired, and is the reason for such a high turnover, even though I assume service to the customer is for the most part satisfactory, if the salaries were higher a lot more people would be able to afford to stay and that knowledge and experience would provide a better service to customers i.e. better "SLA's", which would in turn boost reputation and the amount the company could charge for its services. As regards people complaining about the C.E.O's "this week" if it annoys you don't read it, its a corporation, the C.E.O is expected to do some of this guff, and probably doesn't want to write it as much as you couldn't be arsed reading it
