      Pros

      If you have initiative and are willing to go that bit further, you will be recognised for it. Excellent employee recognition programme, good opportunities to progress within the company.

      Cons

      Benefits package could be better, need to think of ways of bringing the company together a bit more, employees out on customer sites tend to feel left out and often go native.

      Pros

      The South African branch is well located and facilities include cafeteria, pool rooms, very central to everything. I worked here for about 6 years. There were always opportunities for those who worked hard.

      Cons

      Certain salaries could be better at consultant level. They are competitive at entry level though.
