Pros

- Reasonable benefits - Multinational workforce

Cons

- Career progression is based on languages spoken, not the ability to perform - Wages have not been increased according to inflation, meaning that CC Iberia has gone from being competitive to being a lower paying company - The new starter process only provides soft skills training, meaning new agents are lacking basic IT skills which the accounts are then forced to teach - There is a stern adherence to an antiquated wage system that can be given based on competency (which is correct) or the more likely option that it can be rejected because no one budgeted for it. - Agents are treated as log and flog agents, with the emphasis being on creating tickets with no regard for quality
