Good name on your Cv, nice offices with Gym. flexible hours, canteen. Charity activities.

Cons

Bad atmosphere, not very friendly, bad location. Offices not green at all - Full of take away packaging, so much waste on paper, welcome pack with a mini video screen to see a video message from the CEO whoever thought about that... that could be on a USB. I felt like they do not really care about environment...

Great environment to develop with autonomy to make a difference. Progressive culture of change and flexibility to meet challenging conditions. Real drive to ensure inclusivity at all levels and recruit top talent.

Cons

Change agenda can be complex, and requires simplification at times. Challenging environment, but the approach of being part of a solution then wait for a solution to tackle issues is a refreshing one.
