      Old style like the 80s. They can tell you are working for Real Madrid and you need to say thank you for that when the style is still blocked in the old way when they just ask you since the first day without explanation or any knowledge.       Free drinks but too much waste of plastic Salary is ok compared to what you can have anywhere else Some flexibility depending on your manager Nice offices

      No training plans. It is very difficult to get a useful course. Very poor management with a very old mindset. There are many people who have only worked at this company for over 20 years and their view is very narrow. Some bossy managers who never say please or thank you. They don't value you. Low skills at the management level. No collaboration between teams. HR department is useless. They are never able to help you. Compensation is quite different depending on where you are based. Too many meetings culture and no real work. No real Digital Transformation. The projects last for years and you get stuck without progressing. Some people working here think this is The Coca-Cola Company but it is just a bottler.
