Pros

you get plenty of free drinks

Cons

Toxic working environment. They overload you with work. No work life balance and expect you to work over weekends and even holidays (don't expect to go on long vacations working here)! There is not much support from managers! Very high employee turnover as people get shocked with overwhelming amount of work! There is not much room for growth! Process are very manual and old school!

Pros

Free product allocation was nice but limited choice

Cons

• Lots of micromanaging • Some higher level managers have been there too long and really need to move on • Australian CEO wants everyone back in an office full time regardless of the fact that the company still performed well when people were WFH. Very old school in his thought process • For a billion dollar company, salary is terrible for workload • No set onboarding process so it changes from department • Cannot easily find information for internal procedures • There’s too many ways of completing a task and no single staff member can explain how it needs to be done • All online training is still in the Coca Cola Amatil format even after the acquisition and VERY outdated • Understaffed with a MASSIVE gap between hiring people. Some roles sit for up to 3 months before the hiring process starts and the responsibilities of that role gets pushed onto someone who already has too much to do • Too much politics

Salary and benefits (but that wouldn’t make up for the terrible environment)

Cons

- Bad work environment: too many people doing the same thing but no one has accountability. There are many employees that have been working at the company for several years, this people do everything to make sure that new employees don’t succeed, including by not sharing information and creating gossip. - Managers are not transparent in their communication: you can interview and be hired to do one job and on your first day they can give you a completely different role. They can say on one day that your performance is great and the next day dismiss you for poor performance. - Diversity and inclusion only exists as an area but the company doesn’t practice what they preach, in reality if you get pregnant you will be sidelined, bullied and probably dismissed after coming back from maternity leave. I saw this happening several times, it was common to hear senior people complaining about their team members being pregnant.
