Pros

Good pay. Hours reasonable. If you have anyone to work with there are good teams. Cross country opportunities if you're in right role. Very diverse. Good severance packages!

Cons

Finance function lacking leadership. Good people let go throughout business, and not adequately replaced hence leaving knowledge gap. Formerly CCE very into employee engagement. CCEP do nothing. If in Finance, no vision, no leadership, little communication Plenty of role changes, HR procedures not followed frequently resulting in grievances normally won by staff Head office full of empty desks, atmosphere dreadful General feeling of leaders not being very bothered about staff anymore

Upto date Technology and great Location.

Cons

Management dont have a clue. Promotions to people that dont have a clue. No common sense. For a company of this size i was amazed at how unorganised and backwards management operate. If youre good looking youll get a job. They dont focus on knowledge purely asthetics.

Pros

Nice office - free drinks - good canteen and gym. Looks good on your cv as it’s not entirely obvious this IS NOT the Coca Cola Company!

Cons

Few lunch breaks/any breaks - working hours horrendous. Attempting to book holiday entitlement is practically a crime. Required to call ‘absence management’ external company if sick for longer than 2 hours and describe symptoms before agreeing a return to work plan. No training plan, expected to do everything immediately from day 1 and be spoken to and managed like a 2 year old. Manufacturing culture - don’t be fooled this is a MNC...it’s a bottling franchise with small time approaches and mentality.
