Pros

- competitive pay - full benefits - flexibility - remote work - lots of bonus pay - 3-4 weeks vacation

Cons

- long hours can be hectic with non stop calls - your experience is based on your team lead because the 2 I had were amazing I received employee of impact recognition from my TL and a rewritten statement about my performance and attaining the highest bonus compensation my first year Then I got a new TL and she was out to get me for every little mistake I made to the point she went into phone calls I mean when I was either in probation or just out of probation and already be coached out and try to performance assess me out of my position so I had quite due to toxic work environment.

Pros

Good Pay. Work from home. Benefits.

Cons

Micromanaging is king! You get write up for almost anything. Everyone was resigning because the new senior manager was toxic. Sales target are very hard to reach. Almost no recognition and they don't care about customer service quality, they just want you to have a low aht and sell, convince , reach targets.
