Pros

The company always pushes you to grow and there are a lot of development programs available as well as a budget for courses, conferences, etc.

Cons

After a few years in the company, somehow it is always expected that you become involved with management, which is not everyone's desire or something that not everyone is good at. Nowadays it is insane that such a company (e-commerce, travel-related, with employees and offices worldwide) is not allowing employees to work fully remotely if it is their desire, and not letting employees work whenever they want (as a lot of companies are already doing). This is making them lose valuable team members. They need to rethink their strategy. A pity.
