Nowadays it is insane that such a company (e-commerce, travel-related, with employees and offices worldwide) is not allowing employees to work fully remotely if it is their desire, and not letting employees work whenever they want (as a lot of companies are already doing). This is making them lose valuable team members. They need to rethink their strategy. A pity.
